If you’re a fan of Jane Austen and her work, then you won’t want to miss out on the Jane Austen Festival in Bath. Running from 11th to 20th September, this annual festival has grown into a ten-day programme, drawing visitors from around the globe and becoming the largest and longest-running Jane Austen Festival in the world!
It begins with their Regency Costumed Promenade, which fills the streets of Bath with more than 2,000 people in Regency dress. There are also regency balls, dance workshops, lectures, talks and tours for all to enjoy. It really is an event Jane Austen fans will not want to miss.
