Despatch & Delivery

  • Your products are shipped from Amazon and will arrive in Amazon-branded packaging.
  • Currently we are only able to ship to the Continental US.
  • All orders are tracked, please contact us if you would like your tracking number.

Returns

We always try to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with the products you have received, please notify us within 28 days and return the goods.

You will be provided with a return mailing label and a pre-paid postage label which are to be affixed to the outside of the package. You will also be provided this a return authorization slip which must be included inside the return package alongside the items.

Items will be refunded provided that:

  • - You have not used the items
  • - It is in the same condition as when you first bought it
  • - You have taken reasonable cause to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit

Unfortunately, post and package costs are non-refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods, whichever you would prefer.

If the item is damaged on receipt, please contact us using the contact form on the website or at [email protected] and attach photos of the damage. We can offer either a refund or exchange, and the postage costs will be covered.
